Dolphin Healing HeArts - Dolphin Life Skills

From the moment of birth, these dolphins remain together as an extended family every day of their lives. They live together, love together, play together, hunt together, sleep together, and meditate together. They do everything together! And they truly enjoy each other’s company.

As I watch them swim together, I see only love being expressed. They love each other so much!

I watch as two youngsters swim along the periphery of the pod, connecting dorsal fins, as if they’re holding hands.

I watch as they gently bump up against each other, nuzzle each other, and glide against each other. They love to give pleasure to one another.

I watch the babies suckle as they swim, and play and test their boundaries, while mamas and aunties keep constant vigil, reigning them in when necessary to teach them and to keep them safe.

I watch them make love. Their lovemaking is a natural expression of the love they feel for the other…it overflows and they have to express it. It is beautiful. There is no shame there.

If everyone on this planet had the opportunity to witness what I’ve witnessed over the course of these three days, this planet would be a very different place.

The Attunements are about transcendence. The Dolphin Life Skills are about our humanity. They enable us to embody and express this transcendence in our daily lives.

The dolphins are where humanity is going. They are modeling a way of living and being that is a reflection of our true and natural state…a state of love…a state of Unity-Community. Dolphin Healing HeArts school is a living laboratory in which we explore and discover ways to implement these new ways of being - with ourselves and with each other. With the dolphins as our spiritual teachers and guides, we return home to our true selves, our true nature.

The Life Skills curriculum has been developed, with the guidance of the dolphins, to address the challenges and opportunities students face as they re-create their lives and relationships in the context of the new paradigm that the Attunements create. The Life Skills lead to authenticity--the ability to fully walk our talk. The Dolphin Life Skills enable us to create lives of joy, abundance, freedom, and play--lives that embody and reflect the new paradigm.

In the training weekends, we are immersed in dolphin love and ‘pod mind’ consciousness. We learn to naturally and joyfully create deep connectedness with ourselves and our pod-mates. We learn to be fully in our bodies and our hearts. We learn to connect to others while staying connected to ourselves…so that we no longer lose ourselves in our relationships.

We become fully present in the here and now. We practice honesty and authenticity by taking risks and speaking our truth. We learn to honor and embrace All That Is, in every moment.

In this safe space, we have the opportunity to step fully into our strength and our power. When we are fully seen, received and celebrated while standing in that state of aliveness, we drop our psychic barriers to love and life. We drop our protection that keeps us in separation.

Only then can we truly experience Unity-Community. This is true Joy. This is true Freedom. This heals the human heart and transforms all of life, as never before.

And we play! This is the most frequent message my clients receive from the dolphins. It is essential to incorporate play into our lives! The dolphins teach through play. In our training weekends, we play…a lot!
